1) Return Window (30 Days)

We accept return requests for eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
To request a return, please contact us at info@alptradellc.com and include your order number.


2) Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be requested within 30 days of delivery

  • Be unused and in original condition

  • Be returned with original packaging (when possible)

  • Include all parts/components that came with the product

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of use, tampering, missing components, or damage caused after delivery.


3) Beauty & Personal Care Items — Hygiene & Safety

Because we sell Beauty & Personal Care products (including Korean Beauty skincare), hygiene and safety are very important.

For hygiene and customer safety:

  • Items that are opened, used, or tampered with may not be eligible for return.

  • If a product’s seal is broken (when applicable), the item may be considered opened.

That said, we will always help you if:

  • You received the wrong item

  • Your order arrived damaged

  • Your item arrived with missing parts

  • Your item appears defective upon arrival

If any of the above happens, contact us and we will work with you on a fair resolution.


4) Non-Returnable Items (If Applicable)

Some items may not be returnable due to hygiene, safety, or other limitations. When a product is non-returnable, it will be clearly stated on the product page or at checkout.

Common examples (when applicable):

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale items clearly labeled “Final Sale”

  • Opened or used personal care items (for hygiene reasons)

5) How to Start a Return

  • Order number

  • Full name used on the order

  • Item(s) you want to return

  • Reason for return (optional but helpful)

  • Photos (required for damaged/incorrect items)

After we review your request, we will provide return instructions.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as this can delay processing.


6) Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping responsibility depends on the reason for the return:

A) If the return is due to our error

Examples: wrong item sent, item arrived damaged, missing items/parts, defective upon arrival.
✅ We will work with you to resolve the issue and provide appropriate instructions.

B) If the return is due to customer preference

Examples: changed mind, no longer needed, ordered the wrong item, etc.

  • Return shipping may be the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.

We will always aim to be fair and transparent in these situations.


7) Refunds — When and How

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Refund processing typically takes 3–7 business days after inspection

  • Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund

Important notes:

  • Original shipping fees (if any) may be non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  • If an item is returned in a condition that does not meet eligibility requirements, we may deny the refund or apply a partial refund where permitted.


8) Exchanges / Replacements

We may offer replacements or exchanges depending on the product and situation.
If you received a damaged or incorrect product, we may provide:

  • A replacement (when available), or

  • A refund (if replacement is not available)

To request a replacement, contact us with:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the issue

  • Clear description of what happened


9) Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items (48-Hour Notice)

If your order arrives damaged, appears defective upon arrival, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can help quickly.

Please include:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the shipping box and packaging

  • Photos of the product and damage/issue

  • Photo of the shipping label (if available)

We will review the information and provide next steps. Our goal is to resolve issues promptly and fairly.


10) Missing Items / Partial Orders

If you believe an item is missing from your order:

In some cases, items may ship separately. We will confirm shipping details and resolve confirmed missing items.


11) Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at info@alptradellc.com.

We will do our best to accommodate cancellations; however:

  • Orders may not be cancelable once processing begins

  • Orders cannot be canceled once shipped

If cancellation is not possible, you may request a return after delivery (subject to the terms of this policy).


12) Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout

  • Refusal of delivery

  • Failure to pick up a package from the carrier (when applicable)

We will contact you to confirm details. You may choose:

  • Reshipment (additional shipping charges may apply), or

  • A refund according to this policy (non-recoverable shipping costs may be deducted, if applicable)


13) Chargebacks & Disputes

We encourage customers to contact us first so we can help resolve issues quickly and fairly. Many concerns can be handled faster through our support team than through a payment dispute.
