We accept return requests for eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
To request a return, please contact us at info@alptradellc.com and include your order number.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
Be requested within 30 days of delivery
Be unused and in original condition
Be returned with original packaging (when possible)
Include all parts/components that came with the product
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of use, tampering, missing components, or damage caused after delivery.
Because we sell Beauty & Personal Care products (including Korean Beauty skincare), hygiene and safety are very important.
For hygiene and customer safety:
Items that are opened, used, or tampered with may not be eligible for return.
If a product’s seal is broken (when applicable), the item may be considered opened.
