1) Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to customers within the United States.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping unless stated otherwise on a product page.


2) Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and major holidays).

Processing time means the time we need to:

  • Confirm the order

  • Perform basic order verification

  • Prepare the package for shipment

  • Hand the shipment to the carrier

Please note: During high-volume periods (sales events, holidays, peak seasons) processing may take longer. If there is any significant delay, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.


3) Estimated Delivery Time

Our standard delivery timeframe is:

3–5 business days after the order has shipped.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on:

  • Destination location and distance

  • Carrier operations and service level

  • Weather conditions or natural events

  • Peak season volume and carrier delays

We aim to provide consistent, dependable delivery because many of our customers purchase Korean Beauty and daily personal care essentials as part of their routine. However, carriers sometimes experience delays outside our control.


4) Shipping Rates

We offer simple and transparent shipping rates based on the total order value:

Standard Shipping

  • Orders from $0.00 to $99.99: $10.00 shipping fee

  • Orders of $100.00 and above: FREE shipping

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed during checkout before you confirm your purchase.


5) Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (when available). Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the carrier receives the package.

6) Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues

Customers are responsible for entering correct and complete shipping information at checkout, including:

  • Apartment/unit numbers

  • Correct ZIP code

  • Correct street address and city

  • A valid phone number (recommended for delivery coordination)

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may:

  • Offer reshipment (shipping fees may apply), or

  • Provide a refund according to our Refund & Return Policy (certain deductions may apply for shipping/handling depending on the situation)

We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by:

  • Incorrect addresses provided at checkout

  • Failed delivery attempts due to the recipient being unavailable

  • Refusal of delivery


7) Carrier Delays & Uncontrollable Events

While we work hard to meet our stated delivery timeframe, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carrier service disruptions

  • Severe weather

  • Natural disasters

  • Public emergencies

  • High shipping volumes during peak seasons

In such cases, we will support you by providing tracking assistance and communication, but the carrier’s timeline will ultimately determine delivery.


8) Damaged Packages

We take care when packaging beauty and skincare products to reduce the risk of shipping damage. However, if your order arrives damaged:

  1. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Provide your order number

  3. Include clear photos of:

    • The outer packaging

    • The shipping label

    • The product(s) and any damage

We will review the case and help resolve the issue based on the situation and our return/refund guidelines.

9) Missing or Lost Packages

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive your package:

  • Check with household members, neighbors, or building management

  • Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation

  • Look around your delivery area for secure drop-off locations

If you still cannot locate the package, contact us and we will assist with:

  • Carrier tracking investigation (when available)

  • Next steps depending on the carrier’s response and delivery proof

10) Multiple Item Orders / Separate Shipments

In some cases, items in the same order may ship separately due to packaging, availability, or logistical reasons. If this happens, you may receive multiple tracking numbers. You will be notified if separate shipments occur.
